SE REQUIERE:

Ser estudiante o recién titulado de la ULE o Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior de los centros que pertenecen al consorcio Movilidad de Prácticas Erasmus+ León, con perfil en Grado en Turismo; CFGS Guía, información y asistencia turística; CFGS Gestión de alojamientos turísticos o similares.

SE OFRECE:

Programa formativo en hotel de cinco estrellas, realizando las tareas en uno de los departamentos siguientes:

Reception: make the check in and check out, give the magnetic cards to the guests; assist the guest when they leave; prepare the bills and make the payments; register arrivals and departures; manage the reservation schedule; receive calls and transfer them to the right contact person in the hotel; answer emails or transfer them to right recipients in the hotel; ensuring the guests' needs are met at each step of this stay; answer to any question of the guest; satisfy any request the customer can have; advise the guest about the nice places to visit, the curiosities, the museums,...

Yield & Reservation: checking the reservations via the channel manager; inserting the reservation from the other channels and TO in the PMS; dealing with reservations via email or by phone: creating and confirming corporate and individual reservations; ensure a follow-up of all the reservations; taking care of the reservations reports; set and change the hotel rates on a daily basis on the different extranet partners; benchmark the rates of the competition; control the bookings to validate commission invoces once a month; deliver different reports and forecasts regarding the budget, the room revenue and the occupancy..
